Maintenance Plans
We offer our residential customers annual maintenance plans with monthly or yearly payment options. Our Cozy Club plan includes 2 visits per year. We inspect and clean the Furnace and heating equipment in the Fall to prepare your system for the winter weather. Plus, we inspect and clean the Air-Conditioning equipment in the Spring to prepare your system for the Summer heat.
We offer 2, 3 or 4 visits per year. The 2 visit plan will entail a full system clean and check for the Furnace (Fall) and Air-Conditioning (Summer) equipment. The 3 visit plan, includes the 2 full system clean and checks, and also includes 1 operational check during the Summer. The 4 visit plan includes an operational check in the Winter and Summer when the units are operating at full capacity.
